Linwood Pendleton Delivers Keynote Address at the French Marine Protected Areas Agency’s 2011 Scientific Symposium

The French Marine Protected Areas Agency (Agence des aires marines protégées) recently held their 2011 Scientific Symposium in Paris, France.
